Our Journey
We didn’t start Hayden Bryce Coffee to compete with the big guys. We started it because we believed a great cup of coffee deserved a real name behind it.
A Name With Meaning
Hayden Bryce Coffee takes its name from the people who matter most. We don’t put a name on a bag lightly. Every roast, every blend, every bag has to be something we’d proudly share at our own table.
That standard hasn’t changed since the very first batch.
The First Blend
The Original Stash wasn’t designed by committee. It was crafted through obsession — dozens of iterations to land that vanilla-and-rum note exactly right. Dark, bold, and unmistakably itself.
When people tasted it, they didn’t say “good coffee.” They said “what is that?”
A New Voice
Not everyone wants dark and bold. The East Coast Stash was built for those who want their coffee bright, clean, and ready to carry a day. A Colombian Arabica roasted to a medium that doesn’t compromise — it just lets different notes lead.
Citrus. Caramel. Floral. The morning as it should be.
Where We Are Now
What started as a local passion has grown into a community of coffee lovers from Georgia to Los Angeles. Still family-owned. Still small-batch. Still putting our name on every bag.
Shipping to VA, NY, LA — and growing. The ritual is spreading, and we’re just getting started.
What We Believe
Every blend is developed through iteration, not formula. We don’t rush a roast. Small batch means we can be precise about what goes in your cup.

This is a family business in every sense. The name on the bag is a real name. The people behind the roaster answer your emails.
Coffee is the pause in the morning, the excuse to connect, the reason to slow down. We take that seriously in everything we make.
